For over 15 years I’ve guided sellers, buyers and investors through residential, farm & ranch and investment opportunities. I combine strategic expertise with a boots-on-the-ground approach to ensure every client feels informed, supported and confident in their real estate decisions.
Prior to my real estate career, I was a teacher and my ‘teacher’s heart’ continues to shape how I serve my clients today. I believe informed clients make confident decisions, so I take the time to explain the process, communicate openly and negotiate strategically to protect my clients’ interests every step of the way.
While many of my clients are buying or selling homes, I also have a deep appreciation for land and rural properties. I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty, put on my boots, walk acreage, forge through dense foliage, follow property lines and understand a property firsthand. My experience with Agricultural Valuations allows me to help property owners obtain and maintain AG Valuations, which can significantly reduce property taxes while preserving the productive use of their land.
I have a deep respect and curiosity for the natural world. I am a nature-lover, Master Gardener, student of herbalism and I have experience in beekeeping; these experiences have strengthened my understanding of land stewardship and the Central Texas landscape.
Whether walking through a neighborhood or across acreage, I believe in understanding a property from the ground up. I represent my clients with integrity, clear communication and the steady guidance they deserve when making important real estate decisions.
